Closing Coordinator

This role is to facilitate the closing process amongst all applicable parties and doing so in an efficient and effective, customer friendly manner to ensure a smooth and satisfying closing experience for the homeowner. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with lenders, title companies, agents and many others.You will play a critical role in ensuring that the final leg of the homeowner’s experience with Robertson Brothers is a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • The first point of contact for all things closings.
  • Be the primary resource for all parties involved in the closing process (home buyer, title company, agent, lender, appraiser, property management team, Robertson Brothers team) and maintaining availability, reliability, and to direct needs accordingly.
  • Produce weekly / monthly / quarterly management reports as needed for benchmarking (closings).
  • Maintain closing report and update daily.
  • Schedule closings with necessary parties.
  • Closing paper work (reconciliation paperwork for title company, C of O, & keys)
  • Organization of owner files after close.
  • Draft default letters for closings as needed.
  • Perform various typing and administrative tasks.
  • Provide Administrative support for Controller.
  • Process & Upload Purchase Agreement related documents for the buyers, vendors and field staff

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of general office experience – Residential Real Estate experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer Service
  • Typing skills
  • Office machine operation (telephone, copy machine, computer)
  • Knowledge of construction & closing process helpful - If you do not have this experience tell us why you feel you could do the job
