Online Sales Concierge

Robertson Homes, one of Michigan’s premier builders, has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Professional (Online Sales Concierge). As the Online Sales Concierge you will help potential buyers find the perfect community or home based on their unique desires. In this position you will manage all online leads and information inquiries for all communities. This position pays salary plus commission. This position offers unlimited income potential. Greatness has earning potential of $75k+. In addition to competitive pay structure, Robertson Homes offers an extensive list of benefits and paid time off.

A few of your primary responsibilities will be to:
Respond to all online and phone leads immediately.
Work with leads to help them determine the best community and home based on their needs.
Master the lead management software system.
Create email campaigns.
Manage 3rd party lead generation websites.
Track and report lead activity, appointments and contract conversions.

Utilize follow up program and drip email campaigns to ensure leads are engaged with until vetted

Communicate regularly with sales and marketing team to align goals and needs

Conduct grand opening engagement program to ensure opening success
