Great customer service from start to finish. Elizabeth was amazing at helping me find the unit that was best fit. Ron was fantastic with walk thru and explaining ins and outs, and Karin has been wonderful with warranty communication and service.

A Satisfied Homeowner from Townes on the Green

I feel it was a very organized and positive experience, from the design studio to my loan officer to the project manager, and given the email updates I felt I was up to date on everything. Would recommend to others. I liked that they talked about the details of all the appliances and how to use them such as the furnace/water hookup, etc.

Working with Noel and Dominic made the experience of buying a new construction home less stressful, both of them kept us informed as the building progresses and took the time to address our questions and concerns to our satisfaction.

The purchasing process with Robertson Homes was very good and streamlined. Dealing with Dominic while buying my place was a great experience. He answered the 1000 questions I had. Since getting my home, Zack Senger has been an incredible help- from the walkthrough/getting my keys until now, he has been available to help and solve any issues or questions I’ve had with my place. He’s easy to reach and resolves my issues in a timely manner. Very patient, kind and respectful. Leon has also been helpful while sorting out warranty issues with my home especially when dealing with vendors.
