Our community consultants are standing by to give you instant access to our beautiful models so you can start planning for your new dream home on your own. InstaTours are currently available at select communities and models from 9 am to 6 pm. Here's what you'll need to do to get started:
Choose Your Community
Take your time exploring the currently opened communities on our website and select the area and model home style that best fits your needs.
Text Our Community Consultants
Decide which date and time works best for you and text our community consultants with the community name and the date/time. Are you already there right now? Just text now and let them know you need instant access!
Verify Your Identity
A valid driver's license is required in order to gain access to the home. Once you've connected with a community consultant, they'll request a photo of your driver's license for verification.
Let the Tour Begin
Poof, your access to the model home has been granted, and you are ready to enjoy your tour. Our community consultant will remotely prepare everything, unlocking the doors, turning on the lights, fireplace, and even adjust the temperature for your arrival.
Take the Next Step
After you have taken your tour, and envisioned how your life can be transformed in the home, you will likely have questions about the next steps to building a new home. Again, our community consultants are just a text or phone call away. They will recommend scheduling an appointment so they can walk you through all the details of choosing your new home.
