In today's market, the goal is to keep the purchasing experience as painless as possible for homebuyers. Robertson Homes has valued our Realtor relationships for 80 years and has an experienced team with the same goals. We make getting information and registering your clients quick and as easy as possible. You can register yourself and your clients online using the above form, call or text our online sales consultant directly, or walk into a model or information center and complete a registration form. 

Now that your buyer has signed the contract, what's next? We have streamlined our communication process, and you can expect regular updates from our construction team as to the status of the home's construction progress. The community consultant will continue to be with you and your buyers every step of the way as your go-to person from contract to close. As the home nears completion expect to hear from the superintendent to schedule orientations and walk-throughs where the team will perform a 1,000 inspection point checklist to ensure it's move-in ready.

As a production sized home builder, Robertson Homes has a team dedicated to providing an easy and timely closing.  A dedicated closing coordinator will be in touch with you and your buyers as the home nears completion to answer any questions. We work with trusted title companies and mortgage lenders who are experienced with new construction and can provide solutions to any items that may arise.
