Sakura Novi Featured in DTE Energy’s EnergySmarts Magazine

We're excited to share that Sakura Novi, Robertson Homes' distinctive mixed-use community in downtown Novi, has been featured in the Summer 2026 edition of DTE Energy's EnergySmarts magazine! The article, titled "Lighting the Way," highlights our partnership with DTE Energy to create a beautifully illuminated community that enhances the pedestrian experience and provides a welcoming atmosphere throughout the neighborhood.

Through DTE's Outdoor Protective Lighting program, 58 post-mounted lights and 34 walkway bollards have been installed throughout Sakura Novi, including areas surrounding the recently completed Sakura Gardens, featuring a scenic pond, winding walking paths and a nearby play area. As this unique development continues to grow, our collaboration with DTE Energy reflects Robertson Homes' commitment to thoughtful community planning and creating inviting spaces that connect residential living with shopping, dining and recreation.
