Home Builders Association Announces 2026 Parade of Homes Winners (DBusiness)

Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan (HBA) in Bingham Farms has opened its 2026 edition of Parade of Homes and named its blue-ribbon winners.

Sponsored by Lake Michigan Credit Union, the 37th annual exhibition of new model homes located across southeast Michigan runs through June 30.

As part of the Parade of Homes program, architects and industry experts judge the homes and award blue ribbons in price-related categories. The judges make their decisions based on a combination of factors including innovation, aesthetic appeal, and value for the price.

Judges for this year’s program were Lonny S. Zimmerman of Siegal/Tuomaala Associates, Benedetto Tiseo of Tiseo Architects Inc., Michael J. Gordon of Moiseev/Gordon Associates, and Marty Peltier, chief growth officer and senior vice president of Lake Michigan Credit Union.

“Parade of Homes provides potential homebuyers a unique opportunity to see the area’s finest newly built homes,” says Forrest M. Wall, CEO of HBA. “The homes are available to view in person, based on the hours shown for each individual home and on the program’s website at ParadeHBA.com.”

The blue-ribbon winning homes, based on price of model as shown, are:

  • $400,000 and Under — The Cove in Huron Twp. by Infinity Homes & Co.
  • Over $475,000 to $525,000 — Lincoln in Ann Arbor by Robertson Homes.
  • Over $525,000 to $610,000 — The Camden in Wixom by Brookshire Building Co.
  • Over $625,000 to $750,000 — The Sunset in Milford Village by R.L. Corp.
  • Over $760,000 to $850,000 — The Lyon in South Lyon by Steuer & Associates and Lifestyle Home Building.
  • Over $875,000 to $1,125,000 — Brighton in Washington Township by MJC Cos.
  • Over $1,400,000 — Decker Modern Farmhouse in Commerce Township by Toll Brothers.

Included in the Parade of Homes are townhomes, condominiums, and single-family homes, attainable housing, and estate-sized homes. The program provides an opportunity to see the latest trends in energy efficiency and green building, architecture, interior design, amenities, and materials.

The 37 models range in price from the upper $200,000s to nearly $2.3 million.

The homes are built by 16 different builders, all members of HBA. The Parade of Homes includes eight attached townhomes or condominiums and one detached condominium. Nine of the homes are under construction or pre-construction, giving potential home buyers the opportunity to work with the builder from the beginning of construction. Homes are located in 34 different communities.

The homes are featured in a free magazine available at Lake Michigan Credit Union branches in southeast Michigan and at each of the participating homes. The Parade of Homes website features the blue-ribbon winning homes and all the 2026 Parade of Homes models, including photos, features, pricing, location and hours. It will be available for viewing for a full year at ParadeHBA.com.

What Our Homebuyers Are Saying

Ron was an absolute joy to work with. He is an absolute professional - very knowledgeable, extremely responsive to any request, always willing to go the extra mile and an absolute job to work with. Our design director, Tracey, our eventual sales representative were all outstanding. We are delighted with our new home. The overall design is very appealing and convenient. The master suite is wonderful and the open floor plan is delightful. Even the garage is the perfect size. In general, it more than meets our expectations. The quality is excellent.
