What communication should I expect from my builder after moving in?

Robertson Homes supports our homeowners after closing by providing a warranty. After you move into your current home some things may arise. During that warranty period you'll have two scheduled visits with your warranty manager. During this time the warranty manager will address any concerns you may have with your home. We will bring our in-house warranty team out, the folks that actually constructed your home from scratch, to do the work. After you move into your new Robertson Home, each homeowner is provided with a full one-year warranty. During that one-year period our warranty team will come in and do the warranty work on your home. The folks that actually constructed it from scratch will come in to perform the warranty work needed and we will send you on your way.

What Our Homebuyers Are Saying

I am so happy with my home overall and I can't thank each person enough who helped along the way. Sandy was so wonderful from start to finish and so quick to respond to questions. I was really impressed with the communication between Sandy and my Design Consultant Tiffany. They were in communication regarding my budget so Tiffany was able to assist me without overwhelming me with options that I was not in a position to add into the home. My construction supervisor Ryan was great throughout the process to work with. He was very responsive to calls and text and did a thorough job on the walk-throughs. I'm really impressed with the landscaping and all the trees within the complex, it really gives a warm and inviting feel to the complex.
