What happens after purchase agreement?

After you've chosen the home site that you love, and the floor plan that you love, and we sign a purchase agreement, then you go to the design studio in some cases. In other cases when the home is already move-in ready and we've already selected some options, you won't have to go through that process, but the design studio can be a lot of fun. There you would go to pick all your interior selections like flooring, countertops, cabinets, electrical features in your home and we have designers that help you through the whole process, so it makes it very easy to put your parts and pieces all together on the inside of the home.
