When will I first meet with my builder?

Once your Design Studio selections are complete, you are able to meet with our builder on- site, the person that's going to actually construct your home, and he goes over your plans and your features and everything that you've selected to make sure that we're all on the same page before we really start to put together your home. That typically happens at the framing stage, and then after that you get to meet with the builder one more time to do a pre-inspection of your home when the home is wired for all of your electronics and all of your plumbing, so that you can take a video of the entire inside of your house and you know what's behind the walls before we put the drywall up.
