How do I prepare for my home's closing?

Closing is the funnest part about the entire process because you actually own your home! Our process is very simple, we have a closing coordinator that's in our main office who handles all the paperwork to get your closing together and organized. Then you'll get to meet with the builder out on-site to do one final walkthrough of your home, create a list of items that maybe need a little bit of attention. Then after that, within 7 to 10 days, you'll close on your home. We complete the list; you go to the closing and everything works out great.
