New Mask Mandate Requirements

At Robertson Homes' the safety of our employees and guests have been our top priority during this past year. We have updated our mask mandate requirements per the Office of the Governor of Michigan and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) issued new guidelines as May 15, 2021 based on recommendations from the CDC. These are the current protocols we have in place at all Robertson Homes' offices, design studio, information centers and model homes.

Indoors:

1. Robertson Brothers Homes employees and visitors who are fully vaccinated are not required to wear masks. Fully vaccinated means two weeks out from the 2^nd Pfizer or Moderna shot, or the one Johnson & Johnson shot.
2. Masks required indoors while in the presence of employees or visitors who have not been fully vaccinated, and where 6’ social distancing cannot be achieved

 Outdoors:

1. Robertson Brothers Homes employees and visitors who are fully vaccinated are not required to wear masks.
2. An employee or a visitor who has not been fully vaccinated, must still wear a mask when in the presence of other people outdoors where 6’ social distancing cannot be achieved.

Temperature checks, registrations and contact tracing will continue at all locations.
