Robertson Homes begins construction on new modern townhomes in the heart of Troy

Robertson Brothers Homes will be opening its newest community, Kilmer Place in Troy this month. This will be the first of five new communities Robertson Homes has scheduled to open in 2014. Kilmer Place is located off of East Big Beaver Road between Rochester and Livernois Roads adjacent to the newly developed Kilmer Plaza. The home plans will feature two and three bedroom townhomes with 2 car attached garages at 1,489 sqft. Future homeowners will enjoy included features like granite countertops, hardwood flooring and GE ® kitchen appliances in addition to being in the center of all the shopping, dining and entertainment venues at their fingertips in Troy.

The sales information center in Kilmer Plaza will open on January 18^th.
