Robertson Homes to premiere successful detached condominiums this spring in Oxford

Robertson Brothers Homes has received preliminary approval for 43 units at the Hills of Oxford in Oxford Township. The community is located on Lapeer Road, just north of Indian Lake Road and minutes from downtown Lake Orion. Land development is currently underway with an anticipated model and sales information center opening in April of 2014. This will mark the fourth of seven new community openings Robertson Homes currently has planned showcasing detached condominiums. These home plans appeal to a customer looking for the privacy of a single-family home without the maintenance.  Robertson Homes most recent success with detached condominiums was evident in their Clarkston community, the Links of Independence which sold-out in the fall of 2013.
