Homes Under $300ks

A new, 160-acre luxury lakefront living community — The Reserve at Crystal Lake in Commerce Township — will open to the public on Saturday.
Franklin Property Corp., Whitehall Real Estate Interests, Evergreen Homes, and Robertson Homes made the announcement Tuesday.
The development surrounds a 40-acre lake, boasts 203 premium homesites, 49 of which are exclusive lakefront lots with the added luxury of a private beach and boat dock.
All homeowners are promised access to a private community beach area offering a beach house with restrooms and a roof top deck, recreational areas including picnic tables and a children’s play area, a boat launch, and kayak and canoe storage. Residents will also enjoy the myriad of activities that lake life has to offer, from swimming and kayaking to fishing and electric boating.
Homes in the development start at approximately 1,830 square feet in size and the mid $400’s in price. At the high end, homes can be more than 6,000 square feet and cost $2 million. Residences are available in a broad range of color palettes and architectural styles including modern Farmhouse and Craftsman.
“We are pleased to have two of Michigan’s pre-eminent builders, Evergreen Homes and Robertson Brothers Homes, join us in this development,” says Andrew Milia, president of Franklin Property Corp. “They offer the home buying customer the latest in architectural style, exceptional floor plans, and a great customer experience. We are excited for the groundbreaking of the homes this week.”
Our overall experience can be summed up in one word, great! The house was built while we were down in Florida, and my son-in-law would check on the progress for us. If anything needed to be attended to, Jeff Watkins would take care of it immediately. This worked out great for us. The home was extremely clean! I can't say enough about Jeff Watkins. Being the main contact for Robertson Brothers during the building, Jeff made the project run smoothly, taking care of all the issues in a timely manner. We owe Jeff a big thank you!
