What makes up the price of a new construction home?

What we do is we give you the base price of the home and then you'll choose a home site, the one that you like the most, and usually there is a premium involved so you'll have to pay a little extra for the home site. Then you can go through and select your structural options, which are mainly things that have to be done prior to us getting the blueprints together for your house because they affect the way the house is built. Then after that, you get to go to the design studio and select your interior selections and that's how the whole house comes together
